Overview¶

Posting has a few ways to help you discover what it can do without leaving the terminal.

The footer at the bottom of the screen shows the most useful keys for whatever has focus, and changes as you move around. In jump mode, it explains how to use jump mode instead.

Keyboard shortcuts¶

Press F1, or choose Keyboard shortcuts in the command palette, to see a summary of Posting's keyboard shortcuts:

the global shortcuts, which work from anywhere, as set by your keymap
the jump mode labels
the keys for the method selector, tabs, tables, the collection and the response body

Scroll through it with the arrow keys, and press Esc to close it. For the complete list, see Keymaps.

The command palette¶

The command palette (Ctrl+P) lists every command, with its keyboard shortcut alongside. If you're not sure how to do something, it's a good place to look.

These docs¶

Choose Open documentation in the command palette, or click the Posting logo in the bottom right corner and choose Docs, to open these docs in your browser.
